We're targeting spring 2025 and are finalizing the lease now. Founding members will be the first to know the exact date — and the first through the door.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term commitment required. Month-to-month memberships for everyone. The founding member discount is yours for life as long as you stay a member — but you're never locked in.
What is the founding member rate?
Simple — you'll always pay $100 less per month than whatever our standard rate is, for as long as you stay a member. Rates may change over time, but your $100 discount never goes away.
Do I need to pay anything today?
